Before using the aquarium heater, please ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage. For all glass heaters, carefully examine them for any damaged parts before installation. The heater is designed with an IPX8 rating, which means it is non-detachable and should not be disassembled, as doing so will damage the device. It is crucial that the heater be fully submerged under water before being plugged in. After unplugging the heater, wait at least 10 minutes before changing the water or removing it from the aquarium. It is strictly forbidden to take the heater out of the water immediately after unplugging.

To ensure even and thorough heat distribution in the tank, it is recommended to place the heater in an area with good water circulation. The aquarium temperature may fluctuate depending on the room's ambient temperature, and it is normal for there to be a difference of up to ± 3°F. If the room temperature is below 60°F, it is advisable to choose a more powerful heater than the one recommended for the tank size.

For safety reasons, do not touch the heating part of the heater directly. The 50W aquarium heater is recommended for 5 to 15 gallon fish tanks, with a heater length of 6.75" and a power cord of 3.6ft. The voltage is 110V/60Hz.

The aquarium heater features an easy-to-access dial on the top, allowing you to adjust the water temperature from 65°F to 89°F with ease.
